Refunds

Visionous provides digital marketing and advertising services on a subscription basis.

Due to the nature of digital services, strategy work, campaign setup, and ongoing marketing efforts, payments made to Visionous are generally non-refundable.

Subscription Billing

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.

By subscribing to our services, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription anytime by contacting us through email or by phone.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Services will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.

  • No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.

Advertising Spend

Any third-party advertising costs, including but not limited to Google Ads or Meta Ads, are separate from Visionous service fees unless otherwise stated.

Third-party advertising charges are non-refundable and subject to the policies of the respective advertising platform.

No Guaranteed Results

While Visionous aims to improve visibility, traffic, and customer acquisition, we do not guarantee specific results, including:

  • sales

  • leads

  • conversion rates

  • advertising performance

  • search engine rankings

Marketing results may vary depending on factors outside our control.

Completed Services

Fees for completed strategy work, consultations, campaign setup, optimization, or other marketing services already delivered are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Visionous directly regarding billing concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks for services already delivered may result in suspension or termination of services.
