These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Visionous (“we”, “us”, “our”), including website design, hosting management, maintenance, and digital marketing services offered on a subscription basis.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Visionous provides subscription-based digital services, including but not limited to:
Website design and development
Website hosting and maintenance
Domain management
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Digital marketing services
Services included depend on the selected subscription plan.
We reserve the right to modify or improve services over time.
3. Subscription & Payment
Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Payments must be made in advance of each billing cycle.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of services.
Prices may change with prior notice (minimum 30 days).
4. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with written notice.
Services remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide necessary content (text, images, branding materials)
Ensure they have rights to any material provided
Respond to requests in a timely manner
Not request illegal or unethical content/services
Delays in providing materials may delay delivery of services.
6. Scope of Work
Each subscription includes a defined scope based on the selected plan.
Any work outside the agreed scope (e.g. major redesigns, large campaigns, additional pages, or extensive marketing work) may require additional fees, or may be rejected.
We reserve the right to define what constitutes “out of scope.”
6.1 Change Requests & Communication
All requests for changes, updates, or support must be submitted through official communication channels provided by Visionous (e.g. email or client dashboard).
We do not guarantee action on requests submitted through informal channels such as personal messages or third-party platforms unless confirmed by us.
Change requests will be handled according to the scope and limits of the client’s active subscription plan. Larger or out-of-scope requests may require additional fees or plan upgrades.
7. Ownership & Access
Visionous retains ownership of all underlying systems, code, frameworks, templates, and infrastructure used to provide the service.
Clients retain ownership of their business content, including logos, text, and media they provide.
While an active subscription is maintained, clients are granted their company website as provided under their selected plan.
If a subscription is cancelled or payment is not maintained:
hosting and website access may be suspended or removed
ongoing services (updates, maintenance, marketing) will stop
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services (e.g. hosting providers, analytics tools, ad platforms). We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
Visionous is not liable for:
Loss of revenue or business opportunities
Downtime of third-party services
Search engine ranking changes
Advertising performance outcomes
Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.
10. Term Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
