1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of advertising and promotional services provided by Visionous (“we”, “us”, “our”), including subscription-based advertising packages, promotional listings, and digital marketing services.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Visionous provides subscription-based advertising and promotional services, including but not limited to:
Advertising placements
Sponsored listings
Featured business promotions
Digital advertising campaigns
Brand visibility services
Marketing and promotional support
Services included depend on the selected subscription plan.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue services over time.
3. Subscription & Payment
Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Payments must be made in advance of each billing cycle.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of services.
Prices may change with prior notice (minimum 30 days).
4. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with written notice.
Services remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful advertising materials
Ensure they have rights to any material provided
Respond to requests in a timely manner
Not request illegal, misleading, harmful, or unethical advertising content
Clients are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of their advertisements and promotional materials.
Delays in providing materials may delay service delivery or campaign launches.
6. Scope of Work
Each subscription includes a defined scope based on the selected plan.
Any work outside the agreed scope (e.g. additional campaigns, custom promotional work, extensive revisions, or additional advertising placements) may require additional fees or may be rejected.
We reserve the right to define what constitutes “out of scope.”
6.1 Change Requests & Communication
All requests for changes, updates, or support must be submitted through official communication channels provided by Visionous (e.g. email or client dashboard).
We do not guarantee action on requests submitted through informal channels such as personal messages or third-party platforms unless confirmed by us.
Change requests will be handled according to the scope and limits of the client’s active subscription plan. Larger or out-of-scope requests may require additional fees or plan upgrades.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
Visionous retains ownership of all underlying systems, branding structures, advertising frameworks, templates, promotional systems, and infrastructure used to provide the services.
Clients retain ownership of their business content, including logos, text, trademarks, and media they provide.
By using our services, clients grant Visionous permission to use submitted materials for the purpose of operating, displaying, and promoting advertisements through our platform and related marketing channels.
If a subscription is cancelled or payment is not maintained:
active advertising placements may be suspended or removed
promotional visibility and campaign services may stop
access to subscription-related features may be terminated
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services (e.g. advertising platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, or marketing tools). We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or issues caused by these providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
Visionous is not liable for:
Loss of revenue or business opportunities
Advertising performance outcomes
Lead generation or sales results
Downtime of third-party services
Changes in platform algorithms or advertising reach
Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results or performance metrics.
10. Term Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
